Introduction:
The main
objective of our
Student Info System is to manage and streamline school
routine working like admissions, students record, teacher
records, exams and results.
Hardware & Human Resource Required:
For implementation of the system no additional computer
hardware & human resource are required. We will use
existing computer systems of school and also train
computer operators to operate Student Info System.

Student attendance records to be entered monthly basis and
incorporation of this record in each student’s term exam
reports.

to use data entry system for recording exam results with
the option to insertion remarks of Class Teacher, Head
Master, Vice Principal and Principal.

Teachers
Complete record of school teachers, resumes, picture and
NIC copy.

Students
Electronic files of each student which shows results of
exam, extra curricular activities and achievement from
admission to discharge.

Results Cards
Printing of students result cards for all internal
examinations, showing their attendance record, class
teacher, Head Master and Principal remarks and other
necessary reports on the school’s in use format and design
7. Printing
of various Certificates
Instant printing of discharge certificates, character
certificates and merit certificate need to be issue to the
student on the giving format and design.
8. Search
Searching of record will be available. We will be able to
search a student with different
Criteria. We can search a student by following parameters:
